Please join us for our county membership meeting on Tuesday 5/30, 7 PM at The Cherry Tree (65 4th Avenue). Our agenda will include a vote by Green Party members in City Council District 38 (Red Hook & Sunset Park) to grant authorization to Carmen Hulbert, recent Green and longtime labor organizer, to run as our candidate for City Council.
We will also discuss the GPNY decision to promote the New York Health Bill as our new state-wide issue campaign and how our county can bring awareness about single payer health care to the streets of Brooklyn!
