The Green Party Of Brooklyn will host a meeting of Greens in North Brooklyn on Tuesday, February 17th 2009. Please arrive at the The Change You Want To See gallery at 7pm. The Change You Want To See is located at 84 Havemeyer Street at the corner of Metropolitan Avenue in Brooklyn, accessible by the L or G trains to Lorimer Street/Metropolitan Avenue station.
All who share the values of Ecological Wisdom, Grassroots Democracy, Nonviolence and Social Justice are most welcome to attend!
We will discuss 2009 candidates, building a local to organize in Community Board Districts 1, 3 and 4 (Greenpoint/Williamsburg, Bedford Stuyvesant, and Bushwick…click here for reference), and plans for a stronger citywide Green Party.
